Dear Finals Week,
I hate you. Why can’t I just write one big paper in the middle of the semester so that I can relax at the end? Instead you throw two huge papers and two big finals at me. Thanks. It’s appreciated. Really.

All I want right now
is to hike into the middle of a forest, take off my shoes, and to bury my feet into the earth. I want to breathe fresh air and feel grass under my feet. I want to hike until I can’t feel my legs anymore, and when I can’t I’ll camp under the stars.
